Sign in with the phone number used for the Lovelies account. A verified account lets support confirm ownership without exposing private gallery or biometric data through email.

Delete your Lovelies account
Lovelies users can request deletion of account data, consent records, face profile data, enrollment assets, and profile-owned privacy records. The app privacy center is the preferred route because it attaches the request to the verified account.
What can be deleted
Account records, active face profile state, consent records, enrollment files, private gallery links, support requests, and eligible operational records can be deleted or anonymized according to the active retention and legal-hold policy.
Open privacy controls
Use the profile privacy center to request export, consent withdrawal, face profile deletion, or full account deletion. The request is recorded for review and completion tracking.
Review and completion
Operations staff review the request, complete eligible deletion or anonymization work, and retain only records that must remain for security, financial reconciliation, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Support route
If the app cannot be accessed, use the published Play support channel with the phone number on the account and the request type. Support may ask for verification before acting on private data.
